Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid until March 31, 2023.

Registration fees do not include VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Greek VAT (24%) on Registration fee. If you are from a country EU area, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refund.

Invoices should be requested to the Secretariat if this is needed in order to pay the registration fees.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees.

Registration fees include:

Categories A and B: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.

Category C: Conference documentation, coffee breaks and reception. Category D: Welcome reception and Banquet dinner.

Speakers are required to finalize their registration before March 31, 2023 in order to get the presentation included in the Conference Programme.

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before April 20, 2022. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

There will be no refund to the author registrants.
